ALL cancellations need to be done with 24 hours notice. Please see cancellation policy.

Late arrival policy: Please call in advance if you are running behind, we understand some things are out of your control. If you show up after 15 minutes, the appointment is treated as a no-show and you will be charged %100 of the service.
